It may be a cliché but we are all on our own individual journey through life. We connect and dis-connect in our relationships with others throughout our lives, which can happen in many ways, including being mutually agreed and helpful, controlled and harmful or sudden and unexpected.
We all experience Love and Loss in our lives, and at times, we may need to reach out and seek help in our journeys.
